I recently moved to Oregon from Hawaii where I thought the left-wing agenda had deep roots. I learned that what I mistook for left-leaning agendas in Hawaii were mostly apathetic attitudes towards anything occurring external to the islands. What I didn't realize was how high and strong the left-wing banner flies in the PAC NW. I have even observed our conservative, right-leaning Senator capitulating to the left-leaners in supporting the recent non-binding resolution regarding the war in Iraq.
I will admit that I am a novice both in the arena of online political dialogue and blogging in general. So let me first apologize for my inexperience and let me say that I willingly accept any assistance and constructive criticism in helping me better use this media forum.
